A couple of friends and I did Kuliouou yesterday. Most of us are NOT avid hikers but everyone survived the trek (even the endless stretch of stairs at the top... talk about feeling the burn!) and the view at the top was gorgeous. You could see all of Hawaii Kai and Waimanalo/Bellows area too! It took us about 1hr 1/2 in and 1hr 20min out.
