Hawaii Winter Baseball

Hawaii Winter Baseball is a professional baseball league in Hawaii where minor league players hone their skills before their upcoming season. The HWB League is the only winter league that features professional players from America and Japan.

With limited technical resources, Hawaii Winter Baseball looked to Iamhawaii Software to provide them with a new website for the upcoming 2007 season.

Iamhawaii worked with the HWB team to finalize and design their new website and helped them define the necessary software components needed for their new website.

In Phase 1, Iamhawaii Software integrated the following software components into the Hawaii Winter Baseball website. Phase 2 has Iamhawaii integrating our Social Networking component.

Content Management

Our content management system allows the HWB Sports Information Director to make web updates through and easy to use, Microsoft Word-like interface.

Blogging Engine

Our blogging engine enables various HWB players, coaches and employees, to start and maintain their own web blogs. Due to their unpredictable schedules, HWB bloggers are able to write multiple entries, store them in a queue and “schedule” the publish dates for each entry.

Photo Albums

Our photo album component allows a dedicated HWB administrator to create an unlimited amount of albums for an unlimited amount of photos using a user-friendly "drag-and-drop" mechanism.
